Finding a good therapist is difficult, and making that first call can be the most challenging part. Let me take care of that for you. Let's schedule a phone call to touch base and get you started.

I'm trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I offer individual therapy for older adolescents and adults. I work well with professionals, college students, and men who are reluctant to try therapy. I also enjoy providing family therapy. My availability in the afternoons is limited, so I'm unable to accommodate clients who exclusively need "after school" or "after work" hours at this time.

The best way to get in touch with me is to submit a contact request form on my website to setup a phone call; I'm typically in sessions during business hours Monday-Thursday. 

I work Monday-Thursday. I offer in-person sessions Monday-Wednesday, and I offer Telehealth appointments all week to any clients for whom it's more convenient and clinically appropriate.
