Finding a good therapist is difficult, and making that first call can be the most challenging part. Let me take care of that for you. Let's schedule a phone call to touch base and get you started. I'm trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I offer individual therapy for older adolescents (16+) and adults. I work well with professionals, college students, and men who are reluctant to try therapy. I also enjoy providing family therapy.
