I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy.
Some folks are looking for CBT (Cognitive-Behavior Therapy) and others are just looking for support. Sessions are 50 minutes, and they can be structured in whatever way is most helpful.
Please note that I do not accept insurance, but you are welcome to use Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account benefits. Payment is expected when services are provided.
I offer in-person sessions Mondays-Wednesdays, and I will continue to offer Telehealth to anyone for whom Telehealth is more convenient and clinically appropriate.
If your insurance carrier reimburses for out-of-network providers, then I can provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed receipt indicating that a billable healthcare service was provided. Please note that to meet criteria for insurance reimbursement, the client must meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis, per the DSM-5; this diagnosis will be kept on-file, and it will become part of the Superbill. If the client does not meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis, then insurance will not reimburse you for the session.
Schedule a phone consultation with me to get started and to make sure we're a good fit for each other. There is no charge for an initial phone consultation, and I'm happy to provide more information on the services I offer or to make referrals elsewhere.
